The International Civil Service Effectiveness (InCiSE) Index project, a collaboration between the Blavatnik School of Government and the Institute for Government produced their inaugural report recently.
The aim of the report is to assist countries in determining how their central civil services are performing and to learn from each other. The project, which is supported by the UK Civil Service and funded by the Open Society Foundations, provides a realistic set of comparative information gathered from data available globally. The first InCiSE results cover 31 countries and are set out in the report, The International Civil Service Effectiveness (InCiSE) Index 2017.
In this dashboard, we would like to share excerpts of some of the findings.
