During the past decade, the international university-level student population in Canada rose by a staggering 88 per cent. The comparable growth for local students rose by just 22 per cent.
In 2014, the total amount of international students in Canada surpassed 430,000. In this Dashboard, we take a look at the number of international students by province, where did they come from, and the amount of revenue contributed to Canada’s economy by international students.
