Eric is responsible for expanding Xerox Public Sector offerings for the Americas, focusing on the full lifecycle management, from offering strategy through launch, identification and client adoption to support. Eric also served as a Global Offering Manager in Intelligent Workplace Services and established Xerox as the first vendor to become FedRAMP Authorized for Managed Print Services. Eric has held various roles at Xerox over his 13 years as part of the Global Solution Engineering and Advanced Delivery team as well as the Global Offering manager for Xerox Print Services and Xerox Remote Print Services.

Nawal Samhat
Associate Vice-President, Xerox Canada

Nawal Samhat is the Associate Vice-President at Xerox Canada. She has more than 15 years’ experience in solutions sales and consulting with global leaders such as Fujitsu and Abbott Diagnostics. She has held progressive roles in field sales through pricing and contract management, managed services consulting, manager of consultants, sales management, and business development. Over the course of her career, Nawal has a proven track record in consistently driving profitable revenue growth and leading high-performance teams. Customer experience excellence and creating a high performing and ONE team culture is what matters most to Nawal. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business & Management from Concordia University, and she is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Nawal is based in Ottawa with her husband and their three children.

Jérôme Allaire
Vice President, Government, Healthcare & Education, Xerox Canada

Over the past 16 years, Jerome has held a number of sales and management roles including leading service delivery operations in Eastern Canada before taking on workplace and production marketing for North America. He has also held senior leadership roles as vice president of sales for eastern Canada and currently as the national sales leader for Government, Healthcare and Education. Jerome supports customers in their business and organizational transformation, by offering creative and disruptive solutions, identifying areas of opportunity to drive operational efficiency productivity, enable growth, and delivering the best customer experience through unique business value.
